Unique and individual handbags created by Scottish based textile artist and designer, Pauline Lam. Pauline makes her own patterns ensuring that all the bag designs are original. Most are one-off pieces using a variety of textiles such as silk, velvet, lace, wool, vintage and re-cycled fabrics. All of the designs, no matter how densely textured or extravagantly embellished, remain essentially utilitarian, the aim always being to produce a handcrafted item that is beautiful yet also a piece of functional, wearable art.
